The Kelowna Running Club will provide opportunities for the community to participate, recreate and be educated in the sport of running at whatever level they choose.
Our mission is to help bring the community of running to as many people as possible. We host multiple weekly runs, provide group coaching and continue to organize some of the longest standing races in Kelowna.
This Week's Events
2024 BC Athletics Interior Races: Interior Running Association: Road & Cross Country Race Series
The 2024 IRA coordinated races are well under way.
The IRA 2024 Road Race Series consists of 10 races.
The series started with the Winter Carnival Mile in Vernon on February 4th and will end with the Fast Days of Summer 5000 in Kelowna on September 1st.
The IRA 2024 Cross Country Race Series consists of 5 races.
The series will start with the Summerland Sweets 7.4k on September 22nd and end with the Larry Nicholas 8.4k on November 3rd.
